Required qualifications:
🔹 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
🔹 Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

🔹 Proficient in English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities:
✅ Establish product features and deliver Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
✅ Gather, interpret, and translate customer needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
✅ Conduct customer meetings to validate requirements and prepare key documentation, including SRS, use cases, DFDs, and mock-ups.
✅ Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver innovative systems.
✅ Review products before UAT to ensure compliance with SRS.
✅ Train customers and internal teams on solutions and prepare user/admin manuals.
