senior Electrical engineer for Midea Toshiba
Midea Toshiba, a multinational company, is hiring a Supplier Quality Management Engineer.
Required qualifications:
1-Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
2-(3-5) years of experience in supplier quality management, quality control, or related fields.
3-Strong understanding of QMS, auditing processes, and material testing protocols.
4-Proven experience in conducting supplier audits, managing quality claims, and implementing improvements.
5-Proficiency in root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
6-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with suppliers.
Responsibilities:
1. Material Testing and Monitoring:
Manage and monitor key material testing processes, ensuring adherence to required standards.
Analyze test results and collaborate with the quality team to validate material performance and compliance.
2. New Sample Qualification Process:
Oversee the qualification processes for new material samples, ensuring they meet company quality standards prior to production approval.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate sample testing and material validation.
3. Supplier Quality Support and Claims Management:
Collaborate with suppliers to improve material quality, guiding to align with company standards.
Track, manage, and resolve supplier quality claims, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively.
4. Supplier Audits and Corrective Actions:
Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Document and follow up on non-conformities (NCs) and verify the timely completion of corrective actions.
5. Problem Analysis and Continuous Improvement:
Conduct root cause analysis on quality issues identified on-site or in the market.
Work with suppliers to implement practical corrective and preventive actions, tracking improvements to ensure problem resolution.
6. Quality Lab Tool Management and Calibration:
Manage the calibration and maintenance of quality lab tools and equipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Ensure that lab testing procedures are standardized and reliable for material assessments.
